Strange story attached to this one. I had painted a little golf ball barely noticeable in the grass foreground as reference to the prescence of a nine hole course situated outside and to the right of this view. Also reference to Scott's golfing prowess. But when getting the painting back from the framers the golf ball had vanished. I believe they must have thought it was a little accidental paint splash therefore feeling the need to scrape it from the painting. Strange case of the missing golf ball.
